11/15/2006 - RIVERVIEW, Fla. - Hillsborough County Firefighters stand amid the wreckage of an overturned fuel tanker on I-75 southbound in Riverview on Nov. 15, 2006. The truck crashed, exploding, and stopping traffic in both lanes on the interstate, and killed a driver whose car was caught underneath.

An upstairs neighbor reported smoke earlier in the day to the maintenance office, but called police around 3:30 p.m. when he saw melting windows.
